WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $74,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Directly manages the development, setup, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn (amongst others), ensuring best practices are followed in campaign structure, targeting, ad formats, and bid strategies.
  • Continuously test and refine new audiences, creatives, and messaging to evolve paid social campaigns, collaborating with creative and digital teams to align campaigns with larger strategic objectives for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Drive the paid social strategy for the line of business, identifying and executing new campaign test opportunities while staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive changes.
  • Analyze real-time campaign performance, working with Analytics to uncover optimization opportunities based on data trends and best practices, and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of the competitive landscape, industry regulations, and emerging online trends to ensure strategic alignment and ongoing innovation in paid social initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and executing paid digital media campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, with knowledge of Tealium as a plus, with demonstrated success in optimizing paid social campaigns toward performance objectives.
  • Skilled in executing A/B tests on creative, audiences, and messaging, with a proven ability to analyze marketing data to uncover performance drivers and insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven expertise with advanced tracking and analytics platforms.
