WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Hourly Wage: 
    • Undergraduate Intern - $20.00
    • Graduate Intern - $23.00
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work as an Associate Product Owner on an Agile Release Train (ART), partnering with an experienced Sr. Product Owner mentor.
  • Participate as an active team member working on various I/T projects within your assigned team.
  • Provide input into the prioritization of your team’s work.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and represent those needs to your team.
  • Report out progress on your team’s objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, IT management or Computer Science degree and/or equivalent experience
  • You have the ability to utilize data to understand user behavior.
  • Identify project's exact requirements from start to finish.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
